The ROPEX Resistron RES-401 controller utilizes microprocessor technology for sensorless, closed-loop control of impulse heating elements. The ROPEX RES-401 is designed for simple plug-in system integration.

The ROPEX Resistron RES-401 contains the following features:

• Alarm function, via LED

• Large current and voltage range

• Activated with contact or 24 VDC signal

• Temperature set point selection with (PD) potentiometer
  

• 0...10VDC analog output for ACTUAL temperature

• Temperature display using (ATR) temperature meter

• Automatic configuration of secondary voltage and current ranges
  (AUTORANGE, as of October 2005)
